A new spa and fitness studio just opened recently here in Gensan. I was so excited to visit HORIZON SPA since I’m the type of person who loves pampering and massages. I’ve been into different spa in the locale but I’m always looking for a spa who offers the best services.

Upon entering the spa, you’ll smell the peppermint scent which is very inviting. The place is intrinsically designed and planned by Mrs. Eunice Tan, owner of Horizon Spa and I must say the set-up is uber class and welcoming. You’ll be guided by your masseur to your own personal locker where you can keep your personal stuff. Inside of it, they provided towels, bathrobe and shorts. After shower and changing clothes you’ll head to massage area. Their masseurs are well-trained and I admire their high quality products used during spa treatments include critically therapeutic pure essential oils. With bed’s so comfortable and aromatic ambiance you’ll definitely enjoy it. And you’re served a cup of hot, relaxing tea or coffee after. I really love their Swedish massage, it’s a perfect way for anyone who is overly worked and stressed out to relax their body and mind.

I also tried their sauna built of wood, aromatic, that release pleasing aromas as they heat. Entering Sauna’s is recreational and therapeutic purposes for me, with most people utilize them as a relaxation tool that provides additional health benefits. They also offer services like manicure, pedicure, foot spa, foot scrub, body scrub, hand spa, paraffin treatment, waxing and ventosa.

My experience at Horizon Spa is sure to be a best one and I intend on returning as often as I can. I’ve tried several spas in Gensan, but this was definitely a winner!

Visit Horizon Spa and Fitness Studio at the 2nd Floor of Lorenzo Building, corner Manansala Subdivision- Aparente Avenue, right before Lagao National High School, Purok Malakas, General Santos City. Visit them especially on weekends and holidays because they might come out with very affordable promos and cheap holiday deals. You won’t miss it because it is the tallest building after the Yumang Street-Aparente Avenue crossing/junction.
